Designed for pumping corrosive slurry, the SLAPK Super Duplex Stainless Steel (SDSS) acid resistant ANZE 100mm pump is constructed from the highest quality alloys to extend lifetime.
The SDSS pump is available in one size (30kW) and one outlet size (100mm). The pumping performance and reliability of the pump is exactly the same as the standard 100 ANZE submersible slurry pump.
All parts of the pump that are in contact with slurry are made from super duplex stainless steel alloys to give exceptional corrosion resistance. The pumps can operate in slurry temperatures up to 90oC.
Normal stainless steel pumps regularly fail in chemically aggressive applications where there is a solid handling element of the pumping. The SLAPK SDSS is more corrosion resistant than normal stainless steel and has the abrasion resistance to pump slurry – there is no comparison.

Cantilever sump pump vertical is a single stageimpeller, long tube shaft and side discharge design pump. The pump casing is a single or double volute design with a centerline discharge. Pump impeller is an close or open design and locked by a impeller nut. Pump shaft bearing housing holds pump shaft assembly. Extension tube bearing housing holds extension shaft assembly. Pump shaft bearing housing and extension tube bearing housing is gasket sealed and flange connection. Pump shaft seal is a single mechanical seal or double mechanical seal near the pump impeller. Pump drive parts are completed dry. Any hazard gas couldn`t leak from tank. Each bearing housing connection has a taper-lock coupling with a high temperature resistant elastomeric rubber. Even multistage bearing housing assembled, any eccentricity and vibration eliminate by the soft connection.Every bearing housingindependent carry it own weight load.
