Cast Iron Submersible Dirty Water Suction Pump Technical Requirement

1. The equipment can discharge sewage, which contains broken step diving, short fiber materials, general wastes and other untreated sewage, and can pass through the solid particles whose diameter is not greater than 50% of the diameter after discharge.

2. The smachine can work normally within the specified range without cavitation, the operating noise is less than 70dB, the operation is stable, and has stable head flow characteristics, and the motor has sufficient rated power. When the machine operates at any point of its characteristic curve, the point power rate shall not be overloaded.

3. All pressure parts of the water pump for dirty water shall be subject to the air pressure test, which shall be twice of the design pressure, but not less than 0.4MPa, without leakage for 5 minutes

4. The product is sprayed with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint, with smooth surface and no sand holes, cracks, etc. the flow passage parts adopt this process.
