5″ Bore well Submersible Pumpsets are made of hard wearing parts which makes the pumpsets highly durable .Mix flow submersible pumpsets are fitted with stainless steel impellers which ensures better hydraulic efficiency.These pumpsets are fitted with water filled rewindable submersible motors with stators made of low watt loss laminations so as to ensure higher efficiency .Dynamically balanced rotors and specially designed thrust bearings enables vibration and noise free operation with minimum wear and tear. Pumps with 4″ Submersible motor combination are also available on request.

1. All metal materials are 100% SS304, the structure is corrosion resistant, clean and environmental friendly, and will not cause secondary pollution to the water quality.
2. It is equipped with check valve to prevent the impact of backflow water pressure when the electric pump stops. Drain holes can also be set on the check valve seat according to the customer’s needs to slowly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing in winter.
3. All stainless steel impeller has obviously higer wear-resistant and longer service life than the ordinary plastic impeller and brass impeller, so that the pump has high efficiency, good stability and long service life.
4. Stainless steel sand net to prevent sand or large particulate matter into the pump body.
5. Special thrust bearing is installed to effectively prevent the damage in the process of starting the water pump and transportation.

Metal parts for 3SP, 4SP, 5SP, 6SP, 8SP and 10SP series of submersible pump such as impeller, diffuser, pump outlet and suction support etc. are made of wearable and anticorrosive stainless steel AISI304 through advanced moulding and punching craft procedures. Rubber bearing is made of wearable rubber with low friction. The connection method between coupler and motor is in compliance with standard of NEMA.
