Professional Submersible Pump Manufacturer
MAH series slurry pumps are heavy duty horizontal slurry pumps designed to handle abrasive and high density slurries in mining and heavy industry.
MAH high density slurry pumps are available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 18 inch discharge and feature high efficiency performance capable of flow rates from 10.8 to 6500 m³/hour and heads up to 125 meters for high head models.
All our slurry pumps are designed to be 100% fully interchangeable with the most common slurry pump used by the mining industry.
The AM series horizontal centrifugal mining slurry Pump is the heavy duty pump handling tough and abrasive duties intended for clear liquids. It is the pump transporting Solid-liquid mixture with solid suspending (like ore, sand, gravel, ash and slime etc.) or the abrasive strongly and high concentration slurry.
The heavy and robust slurry pump and perfect used perfect impeller structure ensure satisfactory performance with long life and needs minimum maintenance requirements. The Rubber liner slurry pump expand applications to chemical products handling, several different rubber options are available to meet different application needs, continuous pumping of highly abrasive/dense slurries in processes from cyclone feed to regrind, mill discharge, flotation, mine drainage, dredging of settling lagoons and pumping of drilling mud and tailings in minerals plants plus other industrial applications.
Cantilevered shaft design.
Double suction semi-open impeller.
Agitator option keeps solids in suspension.
Different length of the pump drive shaft or inhaled could be selected.
Material of Impeller could be wear-resistant metal or rubber.
SPR models feature full rubber covering for corrosion resistance.
V-belt drive, direct drive, and flexible coupling. Bearing to lubricate oils.
No submerged bearings or packing. High capacity double suction design. Optional recessed impeller and suction agitator available.
The speed of motor and pump is different and can be transmitted by belt.
The installation plate is under the water, also known as the submerged pump.
The slow running speeds of the TH Heavy Duty Slurry Pump, together with the comprehensive choice of abrasion resistant alloys and elastomers, provide unrivalled performance and service life for all abrasive mining and minerals processing applications.
The interchangeability of alloy and elastomer components in the same pump casing, together with a wide range of mechanical seals, make the TH Heavy Duty Slurry Pump the most flexible choice for the chemical plant environment.
Designed for easy and simple strip down and re-assembly, the TH Heavy Duty Slurry Pump minimises downtime, making it the ideal choice where installed stand by pumps are not available.
The premium reliability and service life of the TH Heavy Duty Slurry Pump is specified by many sugar plant engineers worldwide where uninterrupted pump operation during the sugar campaign is a critical requirement.
The new generation of specially formulated abrasion and corrosion resistant alloys, together with the very latest elastomer technology, positions firmly as a major supplier of pumps to the FGD industry.
Over a number of years we have developed the proven design of the TH Heavy Duty Slurry Pump ranges to suit the specific demands of offshore applications. We can now offer the most reliable top side solution to erosive wear.
Wherever abrasive solids are causing premature failure of pumps, the TH Heavy Duty Slurry Pump range has the right combination of performance, wear life and reliability to bring the customer the lowest cost of ownership.
