HDH Series slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal slurry pumps, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for the handling of highly abrasive, high-density slurries. This series pump may also be installed in multistage series.

HDH series product belongs to heavy duty high head slurry pumps, which adopts thick materials and high chromium materials of main wear parts, featuring excellent abrasion resistance. Even if working in high abrasive condition, our product still maintains long service life and high performance to price ratio.

Besides, with the structure of double casing, our heavy duty slurry pump is easy to disaaemble and replace the spare parts with low cost of maintenance.

5) Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang.

6) Wear resistant wet parts: The wet parts are made of high chromium abrasion resistance alloys. (more than 26% Chrome alloy).

7) The frame plate for pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber which ensure good performance of the gravel pump.

8) Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.

9) Wide choice for packing way: Centrifugal seal, mechanical seal and packing seal are available.

10) The shaft seals could be adoptable of gland seal or expeller seal

11) The gravel pump discharge can be positioned at interval of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
