Cast Iron 50M Centrifugal Horizontal Multistage Clean Water Pump

Flow Rate: Up to 900M³H
Max Head (pressure): Up to 900M
Outlet Sizes: DN 40-250
Max Temperature: 160°C

Horizontal multistage pumps are the most commonly used pumps and are used in several of the applications mentioned above. In this pump, the liquid travels horizontally through several impellers. Horizontal pumps can handle higher flow rates than vertical pumps (the one exception to this rule is vertical turbine pumps that can handle higher flow rates). It’s easy to identify horizontal multistage pumps via their segmented casing. Despite all the benefits, horizontal multistage pumps have certain drawbacks. They are: Maintenance intensive Need skilled pump operators It can be more expensive compared to vertical multistage pumps

High pressure horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps for clean fluid transfer

As a supplier of horizontal centrifugal pumps for over 20 years, you can rely on SLAPK to specify a solution that can efficiently handle your fluid without damage or downtime. Our range of horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps is designed to transfer water and other clean, low viscosity fluids. It is ideal for water pressure boosting, circulation, and transferring across long distances. Thanks to their flexible rather than rigid coupling, horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps can absorb vibrations better within the installation. A further benefit of our range of high pressure horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is that its suction and discharge connections can be rotated in 90° stages at the manufacturing stage to match existing pipework for easy retrofitting.

So if you are searching for a high-pressure pumping solution that can be retrofitted and have easy maintenance, horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are probably the right pump for your application. Contact our technical sales engineer today to enquire or ask for more information about our range of side-channel pumps.

50M Head Cast Iron Industrial Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump D Series Energy Saving

D phase horizontal multistage centrifugal pump segmental centrifugal pump is suitable for pumping clean water without solid particles or other liquids whose physicochemical property is similar to that of clean water. It is widely applied to supply water of low or high pressure boiler. It is also used for high pressure water supply and drainage of industrial and urban. The temperature of medium delivered should be in the range of -20°C to 150°C and the water pump inlet pressure should be less than 0.6M Pa.

Our pump products have already passed certificate of quality system ISO9001 and ISO2000. We have strict and normative controlling system about the design, manufacturing and service of our products. So we have sufficient guarantee about our product quality.

Two stage centrifugal water pump SCM2 0.5 hp 1hp 1.5hp 3hp 4hp 5.5hp 7.5hp15hp 20hp

The SCM2 series double-stage centrifugal pumps are with two back-to-back impellers centrifugal pumps, are developed for higher head valve than single impeller pumps, and have extremely high outputs. They are suitable for pumping clean water and chemically non-aggressive liquid, reliable, economical, and simple to use. Pumps should be installed in a covered area, protected against the weather.

Single-stage Centrifugal Pump vs Multistage Centrifugal Pump: What’s the Difference?

As the names imply, the key difference between the two is the number of impellers (also known as stages). Single-stage centrifugal pumps have only one impeller. On the other hand, multistage pumps have two or more impellers. The impeller plays a crucial role in the operation of a centrifugal pump. It pressurizes and transfers the fluid/liquid. Since multistage pumps have more than one impeller, the flow rate and pressure ranges in a multistage are more efficient than single-stage pumps. Inside a multistage pump, each impeller acts like a stand-alone single-stage centrifugal pump. Hence, it works like a chain of single-stage pumps connected linearly. As the liquid moves from one stage to the next, the pressure rises while the flow remains constant. As a result, multistage centrifugal pumps generate higher power and higher pressure with small motors, thereby using less energy.
