Water Pump Direct Sale
Professional Submersible Pump Manufacturer
A submersible pump uses a hydraulic system that pushes water to the floor rather than pulling it. What’s notable for this pump is its ability to prevent cavitation. The main function of these pumps is to release water that is submersible in or out of the water tank or well to the surface. As the name implies, this type of water pump is safe to submerge in water and even functions for that purpose.
A submersible pump is more expensive to buy since it needs the required waterproof casing. However, submersible pumps are much quieter due to the water absorbing all the noise. External water pumps however can be very noisy, even those that claim to run very quietly.
A submersible water pump is more efficient in terms of energy compared to external ones. By already being surrounded by water, it only needs to use its energy on pumping. External pumps are however more easily accessible for maintenance and examination.
On buying submersible pumps, the primary thing that concerns us most is price. Price of submersible pumps vary because of their specifications and models etc. However, compared with others, submersible pump cost is far more competitive.
For starters, we have our own factory to produce pumps all by ourselves, and all the pumps customers get are produced directly from our company. Therefore, the middle cost in producing and selling is largely reduced.
Secondly, our pumps have the highest quality and longer service life. The price of maintaining and replacing submersible pumps can be costly, high quality products means less repairing times. On account of this, cost of submersible pumps in APK is much lower than defective pumps.
Thirdly, price of submersible pumps is also in strong relevant to power of motors. We have oil filled submersible pumps motor and water cooler submersible pumps motor as well. Both of them are designed to be energy saving and environmental friendly. Thus our submersible pump price is highly cost-effective and competitive. Detailed submersible pump price list and quotation will be given by our personnel if you need.
Submersible well pumps are designed to operate at the bottom of your well, completely submerged in water. That’s a big difference from typical surface or jet pumps, and it gives submersible well pumps a couple important advantages.
First, submersible well pumps have enough power to access deep water. Whereas many surface pumps can’t pump water from deeper than 25 feet, many submersible well pumps can pump water up from more than 150 feet underground. While you could achieve this from the surface with a jet pump, they tend to be noisy and take up a lot of floor space in your home.
Features to consider before you buy a submersible well pump
When you’re choosing a new submersible well pump, it’s extremely important to match your pump to your well. With that, there’s a couple different factors to consider. Let’s take a look at the specifications that matter most before you buy a submersible well pump.
The first thing you need to figure out is whether your pump offers enough head to reach the water in your well. The maximum head describes the maximum height your pump can send water.
As an example, the Hallmark Industries MA0414X-7 has a maximum head of 207 feet. That means that this pump is suitable if the bottom of your well is 207 feet or less from the ground surface. If your well is deeper, you would need a pump with a deeper maximum head.
There is a trick to this, however. You have to account for a pressure tank if you have one. We’ll dive into more detail on that below.
Your pump’s horsepower describes how much power the pump motor has. The horsepower rating plays a big role in determining the maximum head and most efficient flow rate of your pump, although the horsepower itself isn’t all that important a specification you need to worry about.
The flow rate specified on your pump is the flow rate that it is most efficient at, rather than it’s maximum flow rate. Still, you’ll want to take care to match your pump’s efficient flow rate to the amount of water that you actually use. This requires some estimation, since you probably use more water when showering or watering a garden than you do when using the kitchen or bathroom. Pump flow rates range a lot, from just 1.6 GPM (gallons per minute) for the ECO-WORTHY submersible pump to more than 30 GPM for the Hallmark Industries MA0414X-7.
