Abrasion Resistant Submersible Agitator Pump has external agitator can be added assist the mixial of sand, solids, sludge, muddy with water. It was designed to handle a wide range of slurries and abraisive particles in submersible applications in industiral and mining organization.

a)Power supply: generator or industry electric power, and the capacity of the substation transformator is two to three times of the rated capacity of the motor.
b)Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.
c)Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%.
d)Submerged depth: not more than 35 meters.
e)The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.
Sand gravel pumps are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids to be pumped by a common pump. They are suitable for delivering slurries in mining, explosive sludge in metal smelting, dredging in dredger and course of rivers, and other fields. Type WS(G) pumps are of high-head ones.
Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bans and wide wet-passage. The wet-parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium abrasion–resistance alloys. The discharged direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°.
This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installing and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion-resistance.
Typies of driver: V belt driver, gearbox driver, elastic coupling driver, fluid couplings driver, frequency conversion driver, silicon controlled rectifier speed regulation etc.
All the pumps and pump parts are interchangable with G series sand gravel pumps. Such as
