The WQ80-40-10 2.2KW 3HP 40M3/H 10M Head Submersible Sewage Pump developed by Shenlong Pump implement the national standard of GB / T24674-2009 “Sewage and Sewage Submersible Electric Pump”. It is to absorb the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, on the basis of it, integrate the existing sewage pump series. The research and development of innovative no-overload hydraulic model is a true full-lift submersible pump.
Meanwhile, comprehensive optimization design has been carried out in mechanical structure, wiring, sealing, protection, control, etc., so that it has a higher configuration, better hydraulic performance, stronger versatility, and better reliability.
A “cutter mechanism” is provided by the combined action of a carbide blade integrated into a non-clog impeller and the saw-shaped inner surface of a suction cover.
This construction ensures that fibrous foreign matter is cut up, and sewage is transferred without clogging.
The body of motor and pump is made of rigid cast iron for long lasting durability.
