The seals are oil bath lubricated and feature carbon/ ceramic seal faces in the wet end and tungsten ceramic faces in the drive and tungsten ceramic faces in the drive end to provide excellent durability and service life across a wide range of duties and applications.

WQ series submersible sewage pump designed for transfer waste water containing fabric, solids(Diamter between 20~145mm). The pump discharge diameter from 50 to 600mm, flow rate from 10 to 7000m³/h, discharge head from 5 to 60m, power various from 1.5 to 315kw.

WQ series submersible non-clogging sewage pump adopts unique single-vane or double-vanes impeller structure, which greatly improves the passing solid capacity and can effectively pass 5 times of fiber material of pump diameter and solid particles of diameter of about 50% of pump diameter.

WQ series submersible non-clog sewage pump mechanical seal is equipped with a new type of hard tungsten carbide corrosion resistant material. At the same time, the seal is modified into a double-end seal to make it run in the oil chamber for a long time, and the pump can be continuously operated for more than 3,000 hours.
