VS sump slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected with the bearing seat, support seat and connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe components. The impeller of the pump is a semi open impeller, and the mixing blade is set at the inlet extension of the impeller blade. The main feature of the pump is that the pump shaft at the underwater part has sufficient stiffness, and there is no bearing between the impeller and the pump shell, Without shaft seal, the medium containing large concentration of fixed particles can be transported. The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800-2000mm. If necessary, it can be equipped with a suction pipe. The shaft seal uses a larger pump to insert into the liquid for operation without shaft seal. Attention

1. Pay attention to the pump bearing temperature, which shall not exceed the external temperature by 35 degrees, but the maximum temperature shall not be greater than 75 degrees.

2. The oil cup shall be filled with calcium base grease to ensure normal lubrication of the bearing.

3. Replace the grease in the motor support oil cup within the first month of operation or after 100 hours of operation, and replace it every 2000 hours later.

4. Check the elastic coupling regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of motor bearing.

5. In case of noise or unusual sound during running, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

6. The sump slurry pump shall be inspected periodically every 2000 hours of operation. The friction loss of the clearance between the impeller and the pump body (or pump cover) shall not be too large, and the maximum clearance shall not exceed 1.5mm. If it exceeds, the impeller or front cover can be replaced.

7. When the pump works for 6 hours, check the mechanical seal and repair or replace it according to the wear degree, otherwise the pump shaft and bearing will be damaged.
