ZJQ type submersible slurry pump is a kind of pump connected with the coaxial motor directly, and the pump fluid end components are made of high chrome alloy steels with good abrasion.
This series of pumps are designed and manufactured, combining foreign and domestic advanced technology. In addition to the main impeller, there is an additional agitating impeller in the external bottom, which can stir the precipitate into turbulence to pump it without auxiliary devices, to achieve high concentrations of transmission.
1. SLAPK Brand XP/XPR Hard metal and rubber lined pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps.
They are designed for heavy continuous handling of abrasive and corrosive slurries whilst submerged in sumps or pit .
2. Our XP/XPR pump has no shaft seal, easy to maintenance and cost less. Hard metal and rubber parts are optional for different applications and interchangeable.

Our centrifugal slurry pump wear parts are designed by Spatial Structure CFD and Impeller Casting CAE. Our pump wear parts are made in our foundry and finished in our workshop with strict quality control. These high quality alloy wet- ends provide our customers with longer wear life due to metallurgical advancements and improved efficiency due to patented hydraulics. The cover plate is produced using elastomer or hard metal, such as natural rubber, high – chromium alloy, etc.
It has various sizes and styles, and the installation is very easy. Additionally, OEM design is accepted. This product is also named as slurry pump liner, and it is also an overflow component. It can form a pump chamber with throat bush and frame plate liner insert. Meanwhile, it is white iron with high-chromium alloy whose content as much as 27%, and it shows good resistance to abrasion .
Slurry pump spare parts are mainly made of high-chromium alloy, hard nickel alloy, hastelloy alloy or elastic material, depending on the demand for chromium content in practical application.
Our slurry pumps are suitable for pumping slurry with hard particles and in high density in industrial sectors as of metallurgy,mining, coal, power generation and building material. These pumps can also be applied multi-staged in series.There are packing seals or by centrifugal type seals. The positions of the pump outlet can be positioned at an interval of 45° According to different requirements, so eight different angles can be applied by rotation in installation.
The M. AHGEM type slurry pumps have pump bodies (volute liners, front and back liners) that consist of replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or wear-resistant rubber liners, and impellers can also apply wear-resistant metal material or wear-resistant rubber material. The HH type slurry pumps only apply wear-resistant metal material as their pump bodies and impellers
