During running, the pump must not be lower than the lowest liquid level, see ” lowest liquid level” in the drawing of installation dimensions(covering theautomaticcooling system), means lowest liquid level without no automatic cooling system.

Rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz. The motor can run successfully only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over 5%.

The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has notto belarger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

Submersible dredging pump cooperates with excavators for dredging.

There are two shortcomings when using of excavators alone for dredging. One is that the dredging efficiency is low. The other is that it can only treat nearby sludge, and it cannot work when the water is deep. It needs to be installed on a dredging ship, which increases the cost.

The submersible dredging pump cooperating with the excavator can solve the two problems. The excavator hydraulic system is used to drive the submersible dredging pump, and the hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy. When working, the energy is transferred to the slurry medium through the submersible sand dredging pump impeller rotation, so that it generates a certain flow rate, drives the solid matter to flow, and realizes the slurry delivery.

TSQ Submersible Sand Pump

• The whole machine is dry submersible pump and the motor adopts oil chamber seal mode and is provided with mechanical seal inside, so high pressure water and impurities are effectively prevented from entering inner cavity of the motor.
• Besides the main impeller,there is the agitation impeller which can agitate the sludge deposited on the water bottom into turbulent flow and pump the sludge out.
• The overflowing parts such as the impeller and the agitation impeller are made from high-hardness high chromium cast steel, have wear resistance, corrosion resistance, strong drainage capacity and allow big solid particles to pass.
• Impeller, agitation impeller and other major wet parts using high wear-resistant material manufacturing, wear-resistant , corrosion resistance, non-clogging blowdown ability , can be through larger solid particles effectively.
• No limitation by suction head , high efficiency suction slag , more thoroughly cleaning
• No equipped with auxiliary mixing or spraying devices , operation more convenient.
• Agitation impeller direct contact deposition surface, control concentration through dive depth , therefore concentration control more comfortable
• The motor is submerged in water and is not limited by suction stroke. It has high sludge suction rate and thorough desilting.
